Is it normal for my computer?

you are running your game pretty low... your system is not exactly up to par when it comes to minimum... so if its choppy and stuff... your issue is low system hardware... I also find ATI not to reliable... I stick with NVIDIA. but coz its a notebook, you cant do much about that... doesn't seem to be a good gaming lappy... sorry to disappoint.
