If she is aware of your feelings and hasn't done anything about it than i would say it is safe to assume she has no feelings for you. I know this is hard to hear, especially when you have liked her for so long, but there will be plenty more girls, and she will seem to fade into the background. Also, my opinion is she doesn't seem to be very mature, when you told her about your feelings she never tried to set you straight with how she was feeling which is very misleading.
