How do i apologize to my parents?

well... i just recently got in trouble for taking my phone to a church camp that we werent supposed to take it..and my parents were one of the youth leaders and so they are very strongly religious (christian) and when they found out i took my phone they freaked out and i got in so much trouble but now i wanna apologize to maybe get my phone back quicker...(: but idk how with out them being like, stop making up excusess.help please.
