Do you think the following Progressive Policies would reduce Income Inequality in America and make it Fairer?

Some of the measures you propose would require far too much authoritarianism to be consistent with our Constitution. I believe that we definitely need a Left-ward turn for a fair, humane, and egalitarian economy - but it must be accomplished democratically, not with a heavy-hand, or else it won't last. More likely than not it would get overthrown.
